I have spent a lot of time thinking how to increase my virtual EU account and how can I „earn without hard work“ called „sweating“. How much is enough, to cover my decay, my game loss, and what can i do in time i am not online.
Earning is impossilbe, or almost impossible, without capital and reselling (really time consuming and boring).

Fee : if you collect appropriate amount you have to calculate a sale fee for game auction, and of course you have to calculate “item not sold fee“.
